Meet Our Expert Team

Dr. Nora AlFaysale is thrilled to be part of the team at Fairfax Dental Center. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Loma Linda School of Dentistry in California. Dr. Nora is passionate about continuing dental education and focused on providing the best dental experience to her patients by offering the most current treatment options available. She prides herself on a gentle approach, and will try to ease any concerns you might have by providing valuable patient education. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and listening to books on Audible.

Dr. Yolonda L. Weaver is a native of Virginia and graduated from Handley High School in Winchester, VA. She received her dental degree from the University of Tennessee Dental School where she graduated with honors receiving awards in Pediatric and Restorative dentistry. Dr. Weaver is certified in Invisalign and is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Following periods as an Associate Dentist in Harrisonburg and Reston, VA, Dr. Weaver currently resides in Fairfax with her husband, two sons and two dogs. She enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her family.

Dr. Mohammed Abdulateef earned his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He received his Orthodontic training at Montefiore Medical center in NYC where he spent most of his time treating a wide range of patient populations with different treatment needs including fixed and growth modification appliances, Invisalign, and complex cases that needed hospital-based care. He enjoys giving back to the community and spending time with his family, working out, and exploring new restaurants around the DMV area. Dr. Abdulateef is fluent in English, Arabic, and speaks basic Spanish.

Dr. Zinah Shakir is excited to be part of Fairfax Dental Center as a provider. She earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the University of Pennsylvania/School of Dental Medicine with honors in vulnerable populations. Dr. Zinah treats her patients with care, is passionate about dentistry, and always strives to provide what’s best for her patients. She aims to make the patients comfortable and leave each appointment with a smile. Dr. Zinah enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends, traveling to explore new places and different cultures, going to the gym, hiking, and listening to music.
